The California State Bar “inadvertently” revealed to the deans of the law school the essay topics that will be covered in this week’s bar exam, the bar Recount candidates registered in an email Saturday evening.
The bar said “out of excess of caution and fairness” it had provided the same information about the test to those registered to take it Tuesday and Wednesday at state sites. The topics that will be covered during the exam will be civil procedure, appeals / constitutional law, criminal law and procedure, professional liability, contracts and evidence.
